I love to deal with clients’ finances in every form. My expertise is to guide my corporate and real estate clients through every business transition needed, whether it involves a family business transition or the sale or purchase of a business for my clients. I bring my accounting and tax experience into every transaction in order to maximize the benefits my clients will receive from such transactions. To accompany that, I deal extensively with the transfer of family wealth in all forms, such as trusts, family foundations, and other forms of transfer upon death. My legal counsel includes helping a family with trust administration and dealing with IRS in that process.

I am married to my wife, Renae, and have 2 grown sons who live in the Grand Rapids area. We love to travel and now get to do it with our grandchildren! I have served on many Boards of Directors over the years but have now limited myself to serving on HOA boards where I am an owner.
