About Jeshua
I live in West Michigan with my wife and four children. I specialize in business law, serving as a legal advisor/fractional general counsel to purpose-driven and faith-driven entrepreneurs, founders, companies and boards. I embrace the role of counselor, guiding businesses in all aspects of a business from entity formation to contracts, corporate governance and strategic advisory. I have a litigation background, spending the first decade of my practice in the courtroom and now enjoy minimizing risk for businesses to proactively keep them out of court.
I have authored publications like “How to Found a Startup,” published in 2021 in the American Bar Association and enjoy speaking at events and on podcasts in areas of business, law, faith and community impact. I am passionate about seeking the prosperity of my community – particularly those most disadvantaged. In 2018, I was named to the Grand Rapids Business Journal's 2018 40 Under 40 Business Leaders. I was selected by Super Lawyers as a Michigan Rising Star for the years 2013-2021.
